Luxury Whitsundays Incentive Destination

Exclusive qualia is privately set within 30 acres of tropical gardens on the northern tip of Hamilton Island. With the only commercial island airport in the Whitsundays, Hamilton Island is accessible via direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Cairns. qualia is then just minutes away with a VIP transfer.

Indicative Itineraries

Day One

Arrival
Guests arrive at the Great Barrier Reef airport and are greeted by the qualia quests services team. After a refreshing glass of qualia water and cool oshi towel, guests are whisked to qualia. The qualia porters will collect the guest’s luggage from the plane (boarding passes will be required) and deliver directly to guest pavilions.

Upon arrival at qualia, guests are greeted by the General Manager. Whilst enjoying a glass of champagne or a refreshing glass of our house made Spa tea they are checked in by the qualia guest services team. Guests are then personally escorted to their pavilions.

Lunch at Leisure
Guests can enjoy lunch at leisure at Pebble Beach restaurant, qualia.

Welcome Dinner: The Long Pavilion
Pre dinner drinks and dinner are served in the Long Pavilion at qualia.
For international guests, we recommend an enhancement of roaming Australian animals whilst your guests enjoy pre- dinner drinks. 

Day Two

Breakfast at Leisure 
Guests can enjoy breakfast at leisure in the Long Pavilion restaurant, qualia.

Exclusive Luxury Cruise to Whitehaven Beach 
Cruise aboard luxury vessels to spectacular Whitehaven Beach for lunch, take a scenic helicopter flight (direct from qualia’s own helipad) to the Great Barrier Reef and see the iconic Heart Reef, or enjoy a picnic lunch on a secluded beach.

Offsite Dinner: Dine Around - Bommie
Enjoy a delicious meal at Bommie,  Hamilton Island’s signature restaurant at the Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Day Three

Breakfast at Leisure 
Guests can enjoy breakfast at leisure in the Long Pavilion restaurant, qualia.

Hamilton Island Golf Club
Experience the dramatic terrain and breathtaking views during a round of golf at Hamilton Island Golf Club.

Spa qualia
Rediscover yourself in an intuitively guided massage or signature treatment at Spa qualia.

Lunch at Leisure
Guests can enjoy lunch at leisure at Pebble Beach restaurant, qualia.

Gala Dinner: qualia by Moonlight on Pebble Beach   
Dinner will be served under the glittering Whitsunday skies.

Day Four

Breakfast at Leisure 
Guests can enjoy breakfast at leisure in the Long Pavilion restaurant, qualia.

Departures
Guests meet in the Long Pavilion and are transferred to the airport by the qualia porters.

Pebble Beach

Perched on the island’s northern waterfront is Pebble Beach, a casual and soothing precinct by the water, a place for individuals to dine, relax poolside or take part in beach and water sports. It also provides two lawn areas, an upper and lower, at the front and side of the pool providing a stunning backdrop for a more casual beach side dinner or cocktail reception.

Long Pavilion

The Long Pavilion is the centerpiece  of qualia, set high among the Eucalypts, with a restaurant, bar and library. Here, groups can check-in, relax in the Long Pavilion lounge poolside, or dine for breakfast or dinner. The Long Pavilion is perfectly situated overlooking the Coral Sea, with stunning views of the Whitsundays.

Beach House

The Beach House at qualia is the island’s ultimate hideaway. With a spacious entertaining area including private lawns, a separate guesthouse and private full size swimming pool, the Beach House at qualia is the perfect setting for an intimate cocktail reception.
