This year, Skye Gyngell, one of London’s most revered and respected chefs will be treating guests to an intimate masterclass and showpiece dinner, reflecting her delicate and fresh style of cooking using locally grown organic ingredients.
Born in Australia, but trained in Paris, Skye built her reputation by transforming an off-the-beaten-track nursery café into a Michelin starred restaurant, Petersham Nurseries Café. She then went on to build a successful catering company for celebrities.
Skye’s passion is to deliver guests an intimate experience ”that has memory”, making her a perfect partner for qualia and our Great Barrier Feast culinary weekend.
