8 February 2012: Celebrated chef Guillaume Brahimi of two-hatted Guillaume at Bennelong restaurant will swap his Sydney Opera House residence for a Whitsundays kitchen at Hamilton Island’s first Great Barrier Feast event of 2012 on Friday 6 – Sunday 8 July.
6 February 2012: qualia has promoted Alastair Waddell to the position of executive chef at the award winning Great Barrier Reef resort. This follows Waddell’s three year tenure as sous chef under the tutelage of former executive chef, Jane-Therese Mulry.
