Please Note
This booking request is not complete until you have received an email confirmation from Spa qualia. Only booking requests attached to an active qualia reservation can be processed. If you do not have an active qualia reservation, please complete the waitlist request form.
Medical Conditions & Treatment Suitability
For the safety and wellbeing of our guests, certain medical conditions may restrict or prevent specific treatments from being performed. Guests who are currently undergoing treatment for cancer or who have recently undergone treatment may be required to provide medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional prior to receiving massage or body treatments. In the absence of medical clearance Spa qualia reserves the right to modify or decline treatments at the discretion of management and therapists. Alternative treatments may be offered where appropriate.
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both guests and therapists. Any inappropriate language, behaviour, or conduct towards our team will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate cessation of the treatment and escalation with management.
Payment
We accept eftpos and all major credit cards. In-house guests may charge spa spending to their room account.
A non-refundable 1.25% surcharge applies for all ‘credit’ and ‘tap and go’ transactions made on the island via credit or debit card. Payments can be made fee free via EFTPOS by inserting your card and selecting a cheque and/or savings account at the terminal.
Please note that a 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the spa at least 6 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in a 100% cancellation fee.
