Package Rates
*Year-round rates are based on travel 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023, for 2 nights per pavilion twin share.
^Festive season rates are based on travel 21 December 2022 - 8 January 2023, for 3 nights per pavilion twin share. Bookings incorporating the night of 31 Dec will include an a la carte dinner at qualia.
Subject to availability. All prices are quoted in AUD and include 10% GST. All rates are based on two (2) adults per pavilion. Single rates also available. Additional nights are available to book for each rate. Not available in conjunction with other special offers or discounts. Not valid for conference or group bookings. Credit card surcharges do not apply.
*Standard Deposit
- A deposit equivalent to 20% of the total booking value is required at time of booking
- This deposit is refundable up until 14 days prior to arrival date
- Full payment is required at the time of booking if travel is within 7 days of arrival date
*Standard Final Balance
- The final balance payment of your accommodation is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival date
- Final balance payments are automatically processed on the nominated credit card provided at the time of booking
- Final balance payments not received by 7 days prior to arrival date may result in cancellation of the reservation

*Standard Cancellations and amendments
- All amendments are subject to availability
- Cancellations and amendments received outside 14 days of arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee
- Cancellations and amendments received within 14-8 days of arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking value
- Cancellations and amendments received within 7 days of arrival date, ‘No Shows’ and/or ‘Early Departures’ will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value
- Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in reserved rooms must be provided in writing to Hamilton Island Holidays on reservations@qualia.com.au
- Alternatively, if you have booked online via our website and have not yet reached your cancellation deadline, you may cancel online here
- If you have booked through a travel agent or Online Travel Agent, please contact them directly to make changes to your booking
^Festive Season Deposit
(bookings incorporating 21 December 2022 – 7 January 2023 inclusive)
- A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 20% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking
- Full payment is required at the time of booking if booked after 31 October*
^Festive Season Final Balance
(bookings incorporating 21 December 2022 – 7 January 2023 inclusive)
- The final balance of your accommodation is required by 31 October*
- The final balance payment will be automatically processed on 31 October* on the nominated credit card provided at the time of booking
- Final balance payments not received by 31 October may result in cancellation of the reservation

*These Booking Conditions are specific to your Festive Season booking. In the event of any discrepancy between these Booking Conditions and any other booking conditions listed on our Hamilton Island website, the terms of these Booking Conditions will apply.
