Pebble Beach

As evening settles, Pebble Beach presents qualia’s signature expression of dining, shaped by place and season. Set at the edge of the Coral Sea, the menu unfolds naturally, reflecting Queensland’s seasons, locally sourced ingredients and carefully selected global produce, brought together with thoughtful technique and restraint.

A carefully selected range of Australian and imported wines is available to complement the menu, with pairings offered for those who wish to be guided.

Long Pavilion

Long Pavilion offers relaxed cuisine centred on peak-season Australian produce, with a carefully edited wine list and drinks menu. The bar and lounge overlook the Whitsundays, making it a natural place for sunset aperitivo or a nightcap.
