On Sunday 22 March 2026, join us at Pebble Beach for an intimate dining experience hosted by two of Champagne’s most authoritative voices, set against one of Hamilton Island’s most breathtaking coastal backdrops.
Stephen Leroux, Chief Executive Officer of Charles Heidsieck, returns to qualia to share the maison’s story through the glass. Chef de Cave Émilien Érard adds a winemaker’s perspective, revealing the craftsmanship and philosophy at the heart of each cuvée.
The evening begins with canapés on arrival, before unfolding into a meticulously curated six-course degustation at Pebble Beach, featuring its newly released menu inspired by seasonal produce and refined technique, set against sweeping Coral Sea views. The experience is elevated by an exceptional tasting of Charles Heidsieck Champagnes, from Brut Réserve - qualia’s signature arrival champagne - through to Blanc de Blancs, refined Rosés, Brut Millésime, the iconic Blanc des Millénaires, and the latest release of Champagne Charlie, only the seventh cuvée released in almost 50 years.
This exquisite dining experience is offered as a stand-alone event for $580 per person and may be added to your stay. The dinner starts at 6.30pm and concludes at 10pm.
