*Package rates are based on travel 1 April 2021 - 31 March 2022, for 4 nights per pavilion twin share.

Subject to availability. All prices are quoted in AUD and include 10% GST. All rates are based on two (2) adults per pavilion. Single rates also available. Additional nights are available to book. Not available in conjunction with other special offers or discounts. Not valid for conference or group bookings. Credit card surcharges do not apply.

Blackout Dates 21-27 August 2021 inclusive, 16-20 September 2021 inclusive, 21 December 2021 – 8 January 2022 inclusive.
 
Maximum Occupancy All qualia pavilions cater to a maximum two (2) adults per pavilion. Valid for stays at in qualia Leeward and Windward Pavilions only.

Reef Dive Experience Conditions This package is based on (2) adults. Guests must be certified divers and present dive card at the Explore Group office the day before the tour. A refresher course is required if over 2 years since guest's last dive. Package not suitable for beginner/introductory dives. Guests must acknowledge that they are a competent swimmer and are competent in English.  Full Day Great Barrier Reef Dive Adventure package inclusion will be automatically pre-booked on behalf of the guest for one of the stay days, and is subject to availability. Any missed or unused package inclusions are non-refundable. Tour availability is subject to weather conditions. Further conditions apply.
 
Flights Airfares to Hamilton Island from your port of origin are not included in this package. Flights can be purchased through Hamilton Island Holidays on 1300 007 333. Flights purchased are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, including applicable fees and surcharges for any amendments or cancellations.
 
Standard Deposit and Final Payment Policy A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due seven (7) days prior to arrival. The credit card you have authorised for payment of the initial deposit will be automatically debited unless we are contacted before this time with alternative arrangements. If we do not hear from you prior to this time, we will take it that you have authorised us to deduct final payment from this card. To settle your balance using an alternative form of payment, please contact our qualia reservations specialists on 1300 780 959 (+61 2 9433 3349).
 
Standard Cancellation Policy Cancellations or amendments received outside of fourteen (14) days of the arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations or amendments received between fourteen (14) and eight (8) days of the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total bookings value. Cancellations or amendments received within seven (7) days of arrival, 'no shows', or early departures are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking value.
  
Terms relating to COVID-19 illness and border restrictions If you have paid your final balance while borders are closed - if borders are still closed over your travel dates, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply. If you have paid your final balance while borders are open – if there is a sudden border closure after your final balance payment, we will amend your travel dates without fees. If you cancel your booking before the Cancellation date your booking deposit will be refunded or credited toward your amended dates. If you have tested positive to COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to travel or are in self-isolation within 7 days of travel, we will amend your travel dates without fees (written documentation is required).
 
Minimum Age qualia caters for guests 16yrs and over.
