The Residence

Privately tucked away behind its own gates on the western side of qualia, The Residence takes in sweeping Coral Sea views across Dent Passage towards Plum Pudding Island. At 400m², it is qualia’s largest and most exclusive accommodation, with generous spaces designed for relaxed island living and entertaining.

Beautifully appointed throughout, the main house features two bedrooms, a full kitchen and laundry, with two outdoor relaxation areas surrounding a private 25-metre infinity-edge lap pool. A standalone studio with its own terrace offers additional privacy for friends or family.

As evening falls, settle in by the pool and take in the changing light across the islands.
